Step 1

Build a Management Company

Your management company offers diagnostic programs to physicians to help them screen and test their patients. This now places you in the driver’s seat of directing physician-diagnosed and tested patients to the appropriate treatment – which includes oral appliance therapy.

Step 2

Install Diagnostic Programs

Your management company creates an agreement with physicians - internists, cardiologists, endocrinologists, etc. - to screen and test their patients for OSA. The physician bills your management company for the test, and their patients get healthier. Win-win.

Step 3

Fill the Sleep Pool

One small internist practice will see 10 patients per day, or 50 patients per week. Your testing program should be adding around 15 patients per month to the sleep pool. Refer the severe cases to the Sleep Doctor, and treat the mild to moderate cases with OAT.
