Heather is the Chief Operating Officer at the International Academy of Sleep. She earned her MBA in 2008 from Baker University. A trusted advisor to the CEO, Heather is known for developing strategies that have led to company growth and improvement in member experience and satisfaction. Her executive level industry knowledge is founded on 15+ years in positions of progressive growth within the sales, operations, human resources, and finance departments. Heather has experience working within the DSO community. She has worked for startups and well-established companies. She thrives on seeing dentists succeed and is passionate about the industry. Heather loves helping dentists set and surpass goals they set for themselves and their businesses. She is a results-oriented manager who excels in fast-paced and competitive environments. Heather has been recognized for building world-class teams within organizations and inspiring teams for continuous improvement and growth within the company and personally. She is a natural leader driven to motivate cross functional teams to exceed business goals and targets while under pressure. Christie Fink, the visionary behind Restfull’s billing services division, specializes in dental medical billing & rapid claim fulfillment through our proven multi-step process. With a deep background in dental medical billing for both DSM and implant dentistry, she has played a significant R&D role in the development of Restfull’s concierge and billing intelligence systems designed to streamline dental billing processes. Her expertise has been instrumental in transforming dental billing, making it more efficient and effective for practitioners.

Shawntaye McDade
Support Coach
Shawntaye brings a wealth of experience in the sleep world. She received her degree in Respiratory Medicine but immediately fell into Sleep Medicine as a Polysomnography Technician running overnight sleep studies in Sleep Labs for 15 years. In 2016, Shawntaye was presented with the opportunity to join the Dental Sleep Medicine world. She gladly accepted a position as Sleep Coordinator in a Cardiologist office for a member of IAOS in North Texas. She eventually evolved into the treatment office helping patients get their oral appliances and managing multiple Sleep Coordinators in the management company. She eventually left the Sleep world to start a business, but was drawn back into Dental Sleep with an opportunity from IAOS as a Support Coach. She now helps our members along their Dental Sleep Journey. Bringing out the best in them, and their staff and navigating making their mark in their prospective communities.

Murrell Tull

Dr. Murrell is a highly trained general and cosmetic dentist with a strong foundation in clinical excellence and military service. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Medical Science before graduating with high honors from dental school, ranking among the top of his class for clinical performance.
He proudly served as a dentist in the U.S. Navy, completing a competitive General Practice Residency where he trained across all major dental specialties and graduated as the top-ranked resident. During his service, he received multiple commendations for outstanding performance.
After returning to the Southeast, Dr. Murrell built a family-focused dental practice known for personalized care and a welcoming patient experience. Deeply committed to his faith and family, he enjoys golf, sports, and spending time with his wife and children when he’s not caring for patients.

Andrew Gamache
Dentist Coach
Dr. Andrew Gamache is a gentle & caring dental professional committed to providing personalized & comfortable dental care. He received his undergraduate degree in chemistry from Westmont College & Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California.
To provide his patients with the best that modern dentistry has to offer, Dr. Gamache has taken numerous continuing education courses in Invisalign®, dental implants, sedation dentistry, esthetics & advanced treatment planning. He is also a member of the San Diego Advanced Study Group.
Outside of the office, Dr. Gamache enjoys exercising, camping, traveling & spending time with his wife & three children.

Michael J Murray, DDS
Dentist Coach
Born and raised in the Bronx, NY Dr. Murray completed his undergraduate studies in Biology at Fordham University. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 1994. He then completed a hospital based general practice residency at Montifiore Medical Center at the Jacobi Hospital/ Einstein College of Medicine campus in NY.
In 1997 Dr. Murray took over his Family and Cosmetic dental practice in Darien, CT where he practiced general dentistry for 29 years.
In 2022 Dr. Murray joined the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM) and achieved Qualified Dentist status that same year.
In 2023 Dr. Murray founded The Sleep Apnea Center of Connecticut, a dental sleep medicine specialty practice, the first of its kind in Connecticut.
In 2024 he earned his Diplomate status with the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (ABDSM).
Dr. Murray is a member of the Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) and the International Academy of Sleep (IAOS).
In 2025 his abstract; A digital protocol to identify and correct construction bite errors, was accepted for publication by both the AADSM and the AASM. He presented a poster on this protocol at each of their annual meetings.
In January 2026 Dr. Murray decided to dedicate his dental career to the practice of dental sleep medicine exclusively. He transferred ownership of his general dental practice and now only practices dental sleep medicine at The Sleep Apnea Center of Connecticut.
Dr. Murray is a ‘Life’ Member of the American Dental Association, a 30-year member of the Connecticut State Dental Association, an allied healthcare member of the Fairfield County Medical Association and an affinity partner of the Greater Bridgeport Medical Association.
Dr. Murray treasures spending time with his wife Michelle, their three grown children and family. He and Michelle enjoy traveling and boating on the Long Island Sound,
always in a sunset state of mind.

Max Mayo
Business Coach
Max is currently involved in the leadership and growth of two interrelated healthcare businesses in Northeast Florida, a high-end, multi-provider general dental practice and North Florida Sleep and Airway, where they focus on Oral Appliances, Palatal Expansion, and Laser Therapy. Across both, his work spans strategy, operations, compliance, financial planning, referral network development, and patient experience.
Earlier in his career, Max worked at PepsiCo as a process improvement engineer, where he developed a rigorous, data-driven approach to operational efficiency, performance management, and continuous improvement at scale. He later joined Northwell Health, the largest healthcare network in New York, where he served as Assistant Vice President of Business Strategy, supporting enterprise-level strategic initiatives across one of the most complex healthcare systems in the country.
Max began his career as an officer and nuclear engineer in the U.S. Navy’s submarine force, an experience that continues to inform his systems-oriented and accountability based approach. Outside of work, Max is a husband, father, and hobby farmer and likes to golf when he can find the time.

Gerry Weisfogel

Dr. Gerald Weisfogel is the founding partner of Central Jersey Cardiovascular Associates, and is board certified in internal medicine, cardiology, nuclear cardiology, and sleep medicine. He received his MD degree from the Downstate Medical Center in New York, and continued his training at the US Public Health Service. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Sleep Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, and completed three fellowships in general cardiology, cardiac electrophysiology, and advance research in cardiac catheterization.
Dr. Weisfogel is also a fellow in the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and is the first cardiologist in the country to become board certified. He frequently lectures at major institutions and conferences throughout the country about the importance of treating sleep disorders in patients with cardiac conditions.
In addition, he specializes in treating congestive heart failure (CHF) and pulmonary hypertension (PAH), having helped other cardiologists establish CHF/PAH/sleep clinics in Arizona, Florida, Iowa, Kentucky, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Dr. Weisfogel is the Medical Director of the Congestive Heart Failure Programs at Merwick Care Center in Plainsboro, NJ, and Aristacare Health Services in South Plainfield, NJ. He was the founder and medical director of Diagnostic Vascular Associates, the only freestanding outpatient cardiac catheterization laboratory in the Northeast, where he pioneered the use of digital catheterization and small catheters. Dr. Weisfogel is the former chief of cardiology at JFK Hospital in Edison, NJ and is on staff at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ.
