Inside the IAOS Blueprint
What You’ll Learn At Our Blueprint Event
Learn, in extreme detail, every component of the business model over 200 IAOS partner dentists use to generate an endless stream of physician-diagnosed sleep apnea patients in their practices. This is a dramatically different process than simply generating referrals from sleep physicians - your new business will create a pool of tested and physician-diagnosed patients.
Fundamentals of Dental Sleep Medicine: Clinical Science & Oral Appliances
Learn all the basic science of dental sleep medicine and an intro to oral appliances from Dr. Brandon Hedgecock. Brandon is a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM) and a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine. He has also achieved Diplomate status with the American Sleep and Breathing Academy.
Our Proven Reimbursement Process
Most dentists struggle to get adequately reimbursed by medical insurance, if they even get reimbursed at all. While there’s no “secret” to medical insurance reimbursement, it requires an immense amount of documentation - and we've whittled that down to a detailed, sequential process which, when followed to the letter, helps ensure you are paid an average of $3,000 per patient.* The Blueprint event is your introduction and overview of this process. When you choose to partner with IAOS, our team will work with you to understand how you can move forward with doing this yourself or working with a partner to streamline the process.
Legal, Business, and Insurance Frameworks
The IAOS model requires creating two brand-new businesses that do not exist today inside your practice. While your dental practice can be a key feeder for your sleep practice, you must keep sleep separate for business purposes. We introduce you to the business frameworks required to ensure full legal compliance, maximum insurance reimbursement, and future business sale potential.
